With a background in music Lionel is an ARIA nominated platinum selling record producer and songwriter. Lionel picked up a camera back in 2015 when he was developing music artists and would film and edit their music videos. Lionel fell into weddings when a friend asked him to film his wedding, this led to referrals and then the rest (as they say) is history

Frank brings a level of talent and expertise to wedding photography that is unmatched. Frank has over 15 years experience, originally with a background in sports photography, he moved into weddings and now has more than a thousand weddings under his belt. Frank is possibly our most versatile photographer here at Creative Wedding Films, specializing in weddings of different cultures. Frank has an incredible back story arriving to Australia as a young refugee escaping war torn Iraq and finding photography as a passion hobby in his teens.

Andrew is technically our most advanced videographer and is recognized for his advanced camera operation and smooth gimbal work. He focuses on capturing every essential moment in sharp, cinematic detail. Andrew’s direct approach—get the shot without disrupting the flow—results in genuine, unobtrusive footage. His technical mastery ensures our editors have high-quality material to craft into compelling wedding stories.

Crystal hails originally from Noosa and is now based in Geelong - she has hundreds of weddings under her belt and is well versed in all conditions and types of weddings. Crystal brings an attentive eye and genuinely friendly personality to every wedding. We love having her as part of our photography crew and so do our couples!

Karla has almost 20 years experience as a wedding photographer and studio manager. With a history of international weddings coming from London, Karla was originally poached by Verve Studio and relocated to Australia. Karla brings a wealth of expertise to Creative Wedding Films and with her friendly nature manages our couples.

Moz brings a wealth of social media marketing expertise and wedding knowledge to Creative Wedding Films and we are very lucky to have her managing and coming up with the creative across our social media platforms. She is also the first go to contact should you enquire through any of those channels.

Abbey is known for her warm demeanor and professionalism. She balances capturing key moments with an unobtrusive shooting style, ensuring couples remain relaxed and authentic on camera. Known for her keen eye for detail, Abbey provides editors with consistently high-quality, story-driven footage. Clients value her calm, supportive presence, which helps transform wedding days into memorable, cinematic keepsakes. Beyond filming weddings Abbey is a music journalist.

Ben is an extraordinary wedding photographer, with an eye for detail that is second to none. Originally from Vietnam, Ben has been based in Melbourne for the last 20 years with his wife and twin children, He has over a thousand weddings under his belt and brings a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness to every wedding.

Tim’s versatility as both photographer and videographer makes him unique and the perfect camera companion on your big day. With over 15 years experience and a friendly, outgoing nature, and a knack for bringing a positive energy to every wedding, combined with pure creative talent, Ben is a huge asset to our team and never fails to deliver. Beyond wedding photography and videography,  Tim is a volunteer Fire Fighter and family man with two children.

Aly is a passionate, thorough and friendly wedding photographer with over 7 years experience. With a background in fine arts, she brings a creative edge to every shot. Her warm, personable approach puts couples at ease, letting real emotions shine through. Specializing in a more candid approach, Aly is good at being discreet and often flying under the radar.
